The excellent Chain of Flowers blog – all things Cure – are reporting that the “next Trilogy/Reflections shows could be in 2014”.
“Reflections” is the Cure’s select world tour playing the first three Cure studio LPs back to back (plus associated singles, some 44 tracks in total when I saw them at the Royal Albert Hall – plus photos). The next Reflections tour would (presumably) be the Top, Head on the Door, and Kiss Me… – a mouth watering prospect! (And an amazing collection of B-sides across the singles from those LPs).
From Nando: “Robert revealed that there were plans for a Reflections-like tour focusing on The Top, The Head on the Door, and Kiss Me, Kiss Me, Kiss Me!”
From Darrell: “As with others, when I busted out my Reflections limited Litho, Robert said they are working out the next Reflections/Trilogy type show for next year, with The Top, Head on the Door, and Kiss Me!”
Why is the King of Secrets & Obfuscation being so chatty about these shows? And should that make us believe in them more? Or less? 🙂
